Help gain long-lasting partnerships by delivering a new name + logo, revamping brand guidelines + story-telling, and redesigning the website + social messaging.

Who is Seva RVA?

SevaRVA is a nonprofit organization devoted to alleviating hunger in the Richmond community by serving free and nutritionally-balanced meals to those in need.

January — March

Met client to review and revise the project request, conducted research to develop strategy, and crafted a creative brief.

April 6

Create-A-Thon at VCU where I co-lead a creative team who helped us produce deliverables within 24 hours that we presented to the client the following day.

April — May

Worked closely with the client to revise and add creative work. Then presented final deliverables to clients.

June — August

Continued with SevaRVA as an intern where I designed their new website, posted social content, and wrote a newsletter leading up to the reveal of the new website.

January — May

This deck is a compilation of all the strategic and creative work my team and I created over the course of the semester and at the Create-A-Thon at VCU event.

June — August

During my internship, my primary project was to design a new website with updated brand identity, story-telling language, and user-friendly navigation. This website is now SevaRVA's official online presence, helping the organization better connect with its community.

Social Media

During the week leading up to the website reveal— I created Instagram posts, stories, and a highlight reel to countdown each day until the website went live. Click on the slideshow to view in another tab.

Newsletter

On the morning of the website reveal, we released a newsletter I wrote explaining the story behind the new brand identity.
